Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash, debit/credit/checque cards and EFT payments. We regret that no Diners or American Express cards are accepted.

How safe are dental X-rays?
The new modern digital X-rays are very safe and the dose of radiation in them is minuscule and not nearly enough to cause damage.
Do I need to contact my medical aid to approve payment?
It is advisable to obtain pre-authorisation from your medical aid as certain procedures are excluded by certain plans.
What can I expect at my first visit?
Your first visit will be a consultation. X-rays will be taken and a treatment plan will be discussed.
What should I do if my child has a toothache?
You should contact the dental practice and make an appointment as soon as possible.
How often should I visit the dentist?
A general check up is recommeded every 6-12 months and a visit to the oral hygienist is advised for every 6 months.
Is teeth whitening safe?
Yes, it is safe if a dentist or oral hygienist is consulted first. Teeth sensitivity may occur for about 12 hours after treatment and is usually only temporary.
